The Sonoran Sun also has a large free formed swimming pools with a swim-up bar in the center, and a Jacuzzi. They also have beach side shower to wash off the sand and restrooms. For all condominiums, there is a $200 per unit refundable damage deposit (most people use a credit card which is not charged) plus cleaning fees based on the size of the unit -- $30.00 for a 1 bedroom, $35.00 for a 2 bedroom and $40.00 for a 3 bedroom. They also charge 10% tax on top of the nightly rate and, a $10.00 Impact/Activity Fee of $10.00 per condo per night. Three-night minimum stay during holiday periods. Two-night minimum stay on weekends. No 1-night reservations allowed weekdays or weekends.
