These very nice condominiums in Rocky Point are only minutes from town. The project was completed in 2001 and are located on Sandy Beach, just west of the Playa Bonita, right on the water. These units are fully equipped, with kitchens, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, dishwashers, laundry rooms, cable TV and wireless internet available. They have 3 pools, Jacuzzi, mini mart, Club house bar weight room/gym and a restaurant called Agave Grill. The Princesa has a gated parking lot with 24 hour security. PRICING

For all condominiums, there is a $200 per unit refundable damage deposit (most people use a credit card which is not charged) plus cleaning fees based on the size of the unit -- $30.00 for a 1 bedroom, $35.00 for a 2 bedroom and $40.00 for a 3 bedroom. They also charge 10% tax on top of the nightly rate, a Impact/Activity fee of $10.00 per condo per night and, a Damage Waiver of $20.00 for a 1 bedroom, $25.00 for a 2 bedroom and $30.00 for a 3 bedroom. We charge a 3% service fee for all rentals. Three night minimum stay during holiday periods. Two night minimum stay on weekends. |
