Las Palmas is smaller than its surrounding properties, which seems to allows a more intimate setting for those of us looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. From the Lobby, it took us about 30 seconds to walk to Sandy Beach. As you pass the Beach Front Homes on the way to the ocean, you will notice that each house has its own staircase leading to the roof. Homes have a Barbeque Grill on the patio; some have furniture on the Patio and Roof, and a Shower outside to rinse off after you enjoy a day of swimming. Each condo tower has a Barbeque Grill. Las Palmas is a Great Addition to Rocky Point.

NOTE: All Credit Cards are charged through the On-Line system for Las Palmas. You are charged $100.00 when you make the reservation & the balance is charged one month prior to the date of arrival. If you are traveling with in 30 days they charge the total when you make the reservation.

They also charge an Impact Fee of $5 per night for condos and $10 per night for the houses, which helps them pay for water year round. During the summer and winter months there are often discounted rates. Please call us for an exact rate as the rates change often. Holiday rates will be a little higher.

(NOTE: 2-bedroom units sleep up to 6 people. 3-bedroom units sleep up to 10 people. All 3 and 4-bedroom Homes sleep up to 12 people. Price above is based on maximum allowed in each unit. For all condominiums, there is a $150 damage deposit per unit, and cleaning fees based on the size of the unit -- $25 for a 1-bedroom condominium, $30 for a 1 ½-bedroom condominium, $35 for a 2-bedroom condominium, $50 for a 3-bedroom condo. For all 3 and 4-bedroom Homes, there is a $400 damage deposit required per home, and a cleaning fee of $75 per rental. They also charge 11% tax on top of the nightly rate and a $12.50 booking fee per rental. Three-night minimum stay required during Holiday periods.
