Las Gaviotas

This beach front property is only steps away from the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. Las Gaviotas offers a fenced parking area and a swimming pool. These units are fully equipped, with kitchens, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, dishwashers, laundry rooms, and satellite TV. Las Gaviota's is located in town, and is walking distance to many stores, restaurants and bars like the Sunset Cantina. Las Gaviotas are all two bedroom condos.

(NOTE: Price above is based on maximum of 4 adults per condo. 2 children under the age of 12 are free. $10.00 extra per night per person. 6 people max. Additional fees apply for high season and Holidays. Please call for current rates as the rates change often.)

For all condominiums, there is a $200 per unit refundable damage deposit (most people use a credit card which is not charged) and a $20 key deposit at check in. In addition, there is a 10% room tax and a $35.00cleaning fee per unit. They also charge a $10.00 Impact/Activity fee per unit per night and, a Damage Waiver of $25.00 per unit. We charge a 3% service fee for the rental. Three night minimum stay during holiday periods; Two night minimum stay on weekends.
