Bella Sirena currently has 2 pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center and underground parking. All condos are fully equipped with kitchens, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, dishwashers and laundry rooms. Bella Sirena has impeccable interior decor and gleaming kitchens. They also built a beautiful walkway with green grass and tall palms trees that takes you to sandy beach, only minutes away. Bella Sirena has a gated entrance with 24 hour security.
PRICING
(NOTE: Price above is based on 2 people in a 1 bedroom condo, 4 people in a 2 bedroom condo and 6 people in the 3 bedroom Penthouse. Additional people are $10 per person per night. Additional people can sleep on a hide-a-bed in the living room. Two Children 12 and under are free. Additional fees apply for Holidays & High Season, and discounts apply during slow or off peak seasons. Please call for current rates as the rates change often). For all condominiums, there is a $200.00 per unit refundable damage deposit (most people use a credit card which is not charged) plus cleaning fees based on the size of the unit -- $30.00 for a 1 bedroom, $35.00 for a 2 bedroom and $40.00 for a 3 bedroom. They also charge a 10% tax on top of the nightly rate, a Impact fee of $10.00 per unit per night and, a Damage Waiver of $20.00 for a 1 bedroom, $25.00 for a 2 bedroom and, $30.00 for a 3 bedroom. We charge a 3% service fee for the rental. Three night minimum stay during holiday periods. Two night minimum stay on weekends. No 1 night reservations allowed weekdays or weekends. |
